Caroline Kaira brings a wealth of professional experience and compassionate leadership to Zion Home Care. Born in Jinja, Uganda, Caroline moved to the United States over 20 years ago. From a young age, she has been deeply involved in church and community service, driven by a strong Christian faith and a heart for helping others.
Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Makerere University and has spent more than 15 years building a distinguished nursing career in the United States. Her clinical experience spans various specialties, including medical-surgical nursing, critical care, post-surgical recovery, and long-term care.
Her passion for elderly care was ignited during her nursing training, where she cared for a patient struggling with depression due to a lack of family presence. Caroline stepped in not only as a caregiver but as a source of comfort and companionship, offering the compassion and love reflective of her faith.
Beyond her professional work, Caroline has personally cared for elderly family members both in the United States and Uganda, providing physical, spiritual, and financial support. Her life’s work reflects her belief in serving others with dignity, empathy, and kindness—values that are foundational to Zion Home Care’s mission.

Dr. Winnie Mulindwa brings a lifetime of leadership, compassion, and service to the heart of Zion Home Care Agency. As a Tanzanian-American philanthropist, ordained minister, and seasoned healthcare leader, she exemplifies the spirit of caring that defines our team.
With an impressive career spanning logistics, technical management, and healthcare, Dr. Mulindwa broke barriers as the first woman to lead Operations and Technical Services for the Tanzania Port Authority, managing nearly 3,000 employees across eight countries. After retiring from this high-profile role, she followed her deeper calling—founding Mother of Nations International (MONAI), a nonprofit organization serving vulnerable communities, women, and children in East Africa, and protecting marginalized populations such as the Albino community.
Her work in ministry has spanned more than 25 years, impacting lives in Tanzania, Uganda, New Jersey, and Maryland. Through initiatives like Women of Substance and the "Start the Day with the Lord" prayer line, Dr. Mulindwa has empowered women and uplifted countless families.
In 2018, she founded Imani Health Care Services, a Medicaid-approved home care agency dedicated to bringing compassionate, culturally rooted care to the elderly—values she now shares with the Zion Home Care team. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to nurturing the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
Dr. Mulindwa’s life work is a testament to the power of service, community, and love in action. Together with our caregivers, she helps ensure every client receives not just care, but dignity, respect, and the warmth of a family.
